Bought Brand new Nari Ultimate, went to pair with Xbox. Hit the pair button on Xbox and power
Red on Nari Ultimate and just flashed. Read online multiple people have been having same issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

same problem support says will not pair only option is 3.5 mm jack via the controller
