Razer Nari Ultimate won't turn on and charge

Hi, I have a problem. So my Nari Ultimate are not turining on when I hold tun on button for 5, 10 or more seconds. When I plug them to PC, they seems not charging on (the diod are not red or green). They are working fine when I connect them to PC via 3.5 mm cable.

Having the same problem with my Nari Ultimate Pewdiepie edition which makes it even worse since I can't just replace them. I can't find them anywhere
Mine started doing this today. Won't turn on nor charge. I put in a support ticket with Razer and I guess they'll just have to replace them. It happens! I do love the headsets though so I hope Razer just mails me a new set asap and I mail them these back. The haptic feedback is amazing!

Ok Guys I just had this issue too. I found a fix, Not sure why this works but it does.
Goto the link below and download the pairing tool for your version of Nari. Follow the steps it has and you will find it resets something and allows it to charge again. Let me know if this works for you! Here is the support page link to the pairing tool:

Did not work for me, I try to turn on the headset it turns blue for a couple of seconds then goes back to red and never has any sound.
