Razer official audio visualizer not working?

My official chroma visualizer in synapse doesn't work at all? it used to work fine but now it doesn't load. the preview workd but the keyboard just displays the normal custom profile as if it were turned off. it doesn't work with a specific app or with always on. Also on a somewhat unrelated note is it possible to have it turn on with a specific python file open instead of just an exe?

Hi there! Thanks for sharing your concern on our support board. Please check if there's an Alexa module installed in your Razer Synapse 3.0. If yes, please uninstall the module and observe it. Else, send your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs by following the steps here. Save the files via Google Drive or to another online drive account then paste the link together with your PM.
