Razer Opus Bluetooth Connectivity

I have had this issue for nearly two weeks. My Razer Opus would connect easily to my computer but once connected, audio and video would "stutter" at 50-60% speed.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling all the drivers. I have switched my Bluetooth dongle (Techkey 4.0 EDR receiver) to multiple USB ports. I have even tried resetting my router for fear that it was interfering with Bluetooth on the 2.4 Ghz wavelength. I am at a loss.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Opus' concern here. Does the same behavior happen when it is pair to a mobile device or a different computer?
Yes, it works perfectly with my phone.

Thanks for sharing. If it's feasible, please isolate the issue by connecting or pairing it to another computer via Bluetooth. Also, what's your computer operating system version? Press and hold the Windows + R button and open the Windows Run box with then type winver. If it's Windows 10, follow the steps below:

a. In Device Manager, select Bluetooth, and then select the Bluetooth adapter name, which may include the word “radio.”
b. Right-click the Bluetooth adapter.
c. Update all Bluetooth drivers and search automatically for all updated driver software.
I have Windows 10 on my desktop. I do not currently have another computer in house with Bluetooth.

I ran Update driver on everything underneath the Bluetooth tab in Device Manager. No avail.
