Hello,
I have had my Razer Opus headphones for ~8 months now, at about month 6 I noticed one side of the headband extension becoming loose and not clicking into place at each step, now I can visibly see that the plastic housing (on the headphone side) has split at the top and no longer clamps on the metal extension band. Is there a way to repair this? I've tried contacting razer support but they claim it's customer induced. I have no idea how I could have induced this as at 200GBP I am very careful with them.
