Razer Opus Crackling Sound on the Left Earcup

There is a crackling sound on the left earcup that comes up randomly on my Razer Opus Late 2020 version. This crackling sound could be fixed by changing to ambience mode, ANC off, and to ANC on again.

While it is fixable, this is getting real annoying as it crack quite consistently now. This happens on the first day I bought this headset (yesterday) which is pretty disappointing to say the least as I really like everything about this headset.

Is there anything that I could do to fix this permanently? I have noticed this similar cracking sound on my Airpods Pro half a year ago, but it was fixed on its own without me doing anything, is it fixable by updating the firmware perhaps?

Anyone from Razer could help me with this one? Should I return my purchase or replace this one?
