my razer opus is not responding. Is there any way to force shutdown?

Connect the included 3.5mm cable to the headset, then press and hold Volume Up + Volume Down + Power Button at the same time. Doing so should reset the Opus to turn off, but it will also be reset factory settings. Send me the serial number if you need further assistance.
