One week ago I received my Opus X headphones. Everything worked perfectly until yesterday, when they stopped working. When I tried to turn them on nothing happened (2 hours earlier I had used without any problem). I though It could be the battery (but It was weird because It had 80% when I used for last time) so I tried to charged it, and didn't work either, I tried with Razer wire, using my laptop to connect, a phone charger, I tried with another wire and nothing. It's like the battery died or disconnected. Anyone with similar problems?

Is it possible for you to connect your Opus X to a different computer or smartphone to check if it behaves the same? Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM. I can use it to look for firmware-related solutions. Let's go from there.
