  1. Ever since the chroma line was announced i had always thought that a Razer Orbweaver should be given the upgrade to Chroma giving it even more customisability and the title of the First Full RGB Keypad. It would be awesome to have this as some people may not be able to afford the full Blackwidow Chroma and still want the full spectrum lighting but on a smaller scale.
I hope this becomes a real thing and would love to see it soon.

    Thanks for reading

Chroma will be implemented in all Razer products eventually. Patience, young padwan

I'm really excited about the Chroma functionality. My laptop has that ability for the keyboard (it's a steelseries keyboard that can be either all one color, or can divide the keyboard into three parts that can be colored different colors separately) and I love changing the colors for holidays and stuff. It'll be orange for halloween, since I'll be setting up my laptop with my home stereo in the living for music for the party. I'll do a red/green combo for christmas, too. But it would be really cool to be able to do themed peripherals all over my desk!! :D
  4. Yeah dude it totally agree thats why i want this so badly

I personally don't use the Orbweaver but I am 100% for turning all Razer products into Chroma. Go Chroma! :D

I would love a Chroma Orbweaver, and it may just push me over the edge to get one.

I wasn't sold on one initially, but after the Tartarus vs Orbweaver thread I started and the answers I received I'm going fully on board with this now. LOL

I'd like to give the Orbweaver a try, and I want it to match the Blackwidow Chroma Stealth I've ordered. :D

    YES, let's make it happen!!!!

That's exactly what i'm waiting for at the moment! I was thinking about buying their Halloween bundle together with the razer goliathus but I'm not sure about what I should do right now.... I do want a razer obweaver stealth chroma edition that's for sure. If it happens I'll be first to buy!

What do you think everyone? Should I wait and hope it comes out or not?

I don't get why people are so hyped about chroma.
It's a marketing strategy to earn more money on the same old products.

It's only because it's "New" that people actually buy it.

You're paying full price for a different color.

That's only partially true. People also enjoy that with their Chroma they can get only certain keys to light in certain patterns that pertain to that particular game. It allows them to customize lighting based on what they're playing. Now, while that's not an issue for me personally, I've heard some folks say that it's made a big difference for them.

For me, it's just really cool to have the Chroma option so I can "decorate" my mouse, keyboard, whatever based on either my background, my mood, the holidays, etc. Now, I've not gone out and replaced perfectly good working pieces with Chroma just because I need the new colors!! (although, some may) However, there are pieces of mine that are just ready for replacing for one reason or another and others I'd not purchased yet at all. So, hey, why not get them in Chroma now? And I really think that's the attitude I've seen for the most part. "Ohhh, that's really cool ... but I don't need it... yet" Except for those of us who have a reason to buy new items.

Honestly, this is why I haven't upgraded from my Nostromo. I can't have a blue backlight on my keyboard, mouse, and computer fans but a green Orbweaver keypad! I almost caved in and ordered one a few times, but I will not until I can make the light blue. As much love as Razer puts into the design of their products and visual appeal, I believe they ought to understand lighting color-coordination. =) BTW Allons-y, Noah!

I would personally prefer a Deathstalker Chroma before an Orbweaver, because it is my understanding that more people buy the keyboard than the keypad, although eventually, a chroma OW would be great!

If there is a Chroma Orbweaver I will definitely get 1! Since I just started WoW, I was thinking should I get an Orbweaver. LOL

Do you think we should suggest Razer to open out the chroma line pattern customization for us. So that we can use our Razer Chroma gear to make light show for holiday or other celebration. :p:p:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

    LOL - of course!!
I have a rainbow on my laptop keyboard right now, and I'm going to custom color my BlackWidow Chroma Stealth with green/red gradient for the winter holidays here soon. Now, too bad I can't do both custom color AND still make it do the fancy light shows. (like "wave" and "breathe" etc)
