Razer Orbweaver Chroma - Synapse 3

Helloo,

All my devices are detected on Synapse 3.
Only the Orbweaver is not recognized by Synapse 3.
With the Synapse version 2.21 it works, but then run 2 Synapse programs in the background.
Should not the Orbweaver be recognized by Synapse 3 normally?

my sp 3 can change the color to my orb-weaver but neither my orb-weaver or my torturous will respond to my Razer synapse two won't give me the second menu all is giving me a black menu that says compatible devices and register your device I tried so many things to get this to work I tried deleting the whole thing deleting the all the files re-downloading nothing's working I have no idea what's going on with this

synapse 2 wont detect my orbweaver chroma. it has been a week now with no fix anyone else having issues with synapse 2

I have not been able to connect for a week. iv tried uninstalling and deleting everything then fresh install but nothing works. I tried my orbweaver on a machine that had never had synapse 2 on there before and it connected but yet both my gaming machines will not connect. somehow uninstall and deleting everything is actually not deleting every file?
Iv been back and forth emailing razer since the start of May 2019 with no fix.

solved
uninstall synapse.Then in 'my pc' search razer . delete all files. ( check hidden files )
in device manager remove and delete all razer drivers. ( check hidden drivers also )
restart
check os is up to date.
fresh install of synapse and you will hopefully resolved the issues

Orbweaver Chroma isn't supported on Synapse 3. So you'll have to have both versions of the app running simultaneously. For your reference.

Will Synapse 3 recognize the Orbweaver in the future?
Or is it not possible for Synapse 3 to detect the Orbweaver for technical reasons?
Does anyone know, or can say something to this?

There hasn't been any update on whether or not your particular device will be supported on 3.0. Do keep an eye out on the Synapse 3 boards.

I bought a deathadder to replace my wireless mamba. As soon as I did, synapse3 wanted to load and completely killed off my Orbweaver chroma settings back to default and no way to change them back. Only after uninstalling synapse 3 would synapse 2 load and do my map. Keep in mind to use both 3 and 2, you need separate accounts as they are incompatible in storing to the cloud. At least my workaround in using the things.

This is really a terrible situation. The software seems fine on both sides, but the incompatibility between the two is frustrating. I have a firefly mat and it will be recognized in both as well as my mamba. Just not the Orbweaver chroma.

If only they would update synapse 3 to include their top of the line gaming pad.
