Worst order management service I ever dealt with!!!

Before placing and order I read lots of forums about Razer sales dept. And it was the same thing, BAD. Bottom line don't buy using your credit card, they'll systematically cancel your transaction and put you in a long verification process where you need to "call your bank for some authorization code they send, and even when you get the code they still won't accept the transaction, they'll do another verification etc..."* I mean come on:

1- You cancel the order asking for more verifications (a code that only the card owner can have by verifying his info with his card issuer)- > I get it, security first. I would do the same
2- The buyer gives you the code, which implies that he really is the card owner.
3- Now he gets this from them:
**Thank you for providing the requested information. Your cooperation is much appreciated. I have already placed your order for verification, rest assured that we will work on this matter as soon as possible and will do everything we can to assist you with obtaining the products you desire. We will get back to you within 2-3 business days regarding the result of the verification.**
4- "...I have already placed your order for verification" Uhhh what was I doing by calling my card issuer and getting the auth code?

So I talked to customer support for a way to order without any hitch and he recommended to use paypal. So I did with my paypal account using my paypal balance. Still got canceled and here is what I get:

"Here at Razer, we believe it is our duty to protect the security of our customers. For your protection, your order RZUSPPXXXXXXXXXX7 was canceled because we were unable to verify your payment information. Any authorizations on your account will fall off within 10 business days.

You may attempt to place a new order using a different credit/debit card. Please remember to make sure all the details in your billing information match what your financial institution has on file."

"...place a new order using a different credit/debit card" I PAID WITH MY PAYPAL BALANCE NOT WITH A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.


In conclusion, based on other threads + my personal experience. RAZER HAS THE WORST SALES MANAGEMENT SERVICE EVER. If you can buy your products elsewhere just do it (at the end of the day it's their products so they're getting paid)

THIS IS TO ANY RAZER MEMBER WHO READS THIS: YOU BETTER CHANGE HOW YOU PROCESS ORDERS. ONE CAN'T BE ON A WEEK PROCESS FOR A PURCHASE WHILE ON 99% OF STORES IT TAKES MAX 48H.

Do you think Razer should change the way they process orders

It's a shame you have to beg these poeple to spend your money with them. I am so fed with them at this point.
