Razer Ornata Chroma keys get stuck
Hi, I recently bought an Ornata Chroma keyboard, and I was actually enjoying it quite a bit, but I notice that some keys get stuck while writing (specially the 'u' and 'i'). For them to come up again, I need to re-press those and they will come up again. It seems the spring that does the clicky sound is too stiff and makes the key stay down. Is there any solution for this?

Hi there, @BladerunnerRainbow! Can you post a video of the said issue? Also, was this working fine perfectly when it came out of the box?
I will post a picture, and I noticed this after unwrapping the keyboard and typing for a while. It's a completely new keyboard! I will probably return the keyboard, as this is something quite reprehensible for a 100$ keyboard. I have had really cheap keyboards that had better quality assurance than this one, Razer needs to step up it's game!
