I apologize if this is not the place to post this, im new to this site!

Anyway, I recently tried to install some new razer lighting effects, notably the audio visualizer, but every time I run it I get an interesting interaction. Instead of the keyboard visualizing, my Logitech g502 Proteus spectrum mouse does instead. I also can not get the overwatch lighting effects to work, or any effect in any game whatsoever. This is a minor inconvenience since I am not too into the lights, I just wanted to see how they would run if I were to try, but its always nice to have anyway. Solutions?

Did you try to unplug the mouse before you start the Audio Visualizer program and then plug it back in when it is started to see if that works? Also, Make sure the Chroma Apps tab is on in your Razer Synapse.
I know audio visualizer is also supported with certain Logitech products, So there might be some kind of bug or conflict there somewhere.

I tried unplugging the mouse before, and it did work. However after multiple tests I found out that I always have to do that. I feel like that would get really tedious after a while, and of course it would seem that its not optimal. I have the chroma apps tab on at all times, it just seems to be the input of the mouse.

Ok after even more tests I see now that both the mouse and keyboard are not affected by this
