Keyboard wont work on my windows 10 pc. When i plug in the USB, my pc gives me an error: "The last USB device you connected to this computer malfuctioned, and Windows does not recognize it.
Tried updating the drivers thru device manager, but "the best drivers for your device are already installed." It also says "Unknows USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)
