I've had the keyboard since April and had no issues with it until now. A section of my keyboard doesn't light up the center section(Y, H, N,6 thru I, K, M). I have already tried uninstalling synapse 3, uninstalling the drivers on my computer and using it on another computer but still nothing. Any suggestions?

Hey! Try resetting the keyboard. You can do this by unplugging the keyboard then press and hold the Esc and Caps keys then proceed to plug the keyboard on a USB port then releasing the buttons after.

Hey!! I just tried that and the same issue persists. The same keys aren't lighting up.

Hmm. When you tried it on a different computer, did it have Synapse?

No, the other computer didn't have synapse installed. I'm still with in the one year manufacturer warranty. I'm thinking of just sending it in.
