My keyboard has suddenly stopped working on my work laptop, it was working fine yesterday come to login this morning and i can't type anything, The Keyboard still lights up and everything, makes the connection noise when plugging it back in.
If my plug it into my PC the keyboard works fine no questions asked so the keyboard its self isn't broken.
Razer Synapse some times detects it some times it doesn't, as of writing this its currently detecting it, but i can't type anything with the keyboard. some times its possible to type for about 3 seconds then its asif the last key i pressed gets stuck and it just spams it until i unplug the keyboard, again none of this happens on my PC only my laptop.
I've watched all the pointless videos on detecting devices to Razer Synapse, Repaired it, Reinstalled it, rebooted several times, Uninstalled it restarted the laptop and allowed it to detect the keyboard to start downloading Razer Synapse, connected my mice to my laptop and they have been detected fine.

Does the issue happen when Razer Synapse is running in the background? Let's fix the issue first by performing the steps from this link. Let me know how it goes.
