Razer Orochi V2 Causing Windows 10 Explorer To Crash/Break

So googling I came across the Huntsman mini debacle and how it broke windows 10 explorer. From my experience I'm getting sort of the same thing.

I've had a Huntsman Elite for over a year now, no issues. I even tried unplugging it on restart, no fix.

I recently got a Orochi V2, my first wireless mouse, and now sometimes on a cold boot/restart, windows 10 will hang on "welcome..." for probably 10 to 15 seconds, load in, but the explorer failed to load.

Mouse cursor over the taskbar/start menu just gives a spinning circle with no response. Restarting explorer.exe does not fix it.

On a restart the problem exists. Until I restart without the dongle plugged in.

The windows event error is;

"The program explorer.exe version 10.0.19041.964 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.
Process ID: 17f0"

I tried all the usual tricks in cmd prompt, trying to find or fix a problem, short of reinstalling windows, which I'll eventually try most likely.

What always works is unplugging the dongle and restarting, which again, this problem didn't start until I got this mouse.

Is this still the case? If so, please send me a screenshot of your MSINFO32. I can use that to check for possible platform issues. For now, please disable all the other boot options aside from the main storage drive. To initiate a PM, click on my name, then select Start a Conversation.
