Razer phone 2, apps crash, YouTube plys vids only low quality

Purchased razer 2 phone, 5 days ago. And all the apps keep crashing .
I've done all the updates and uninstalled and reinstalled all the apps that are giving me issues and now even the camera crashes.
YouTube doesn't play all videos properly, whether on wifi or LTE+. It always stops to load and drops quality. Even if I choose a higher quality.
Anyone else running into issues with the razer phone 2?

Haven't had any issues that you've mentioned, can you answer some questions?

Carrier:
Build Number:
Have you tried a factory reset?

The YouTube one is hard to figure out, at first I had an issue wth the quality not sticking but it's okay now.
I factory reset it once..nit sure if it needs another.
Tho I've had to power cycle it and that usually helps. But I can't be doing that all the time.
When watching youtube in 1440p60 hdr youre bound to hit buffering issues as the film quality is much greater resulting in a larger download in order to play the video smoothly. Why you'd want to do this on a mobile connection unless to show off phone is beyond me and would suggest wifi or downloading to a SD card if that's the case.
Example video that can be played in UHD:

*#*#4636#*# * from dialer screen to adjust network settings. I ran into issues with att defaulting to hspa.
Try LTE ONLY or TD-CDMA/CDMA,UMTS.
You could also try to adjust APN settings, adding hipri, or searching Google as it is carrier based issue.
Adjusting settings here helped. If traveling alot try entering airplane mode and disabling again to ensure you're not connected to a tower further away. Your phone despite being closer to a tower will stay connected to an old one to prevent service drops.

Clearing app cache on apps not functioning is one troubleshooting option.

App crashes may also be due to space issues on phone, noticed phones with limited free space tend to have more app crashes. Are you rooted.? As some apps will crash due to this as well usually do to changes made on system files/properties.
Hope this helps...

Forgot to mention carrier's like tmobile have a setting that lowers bandwidth automatically with certain services. A binge mode that allows you to use Netflix or YouTube without touching your data... You may have to disable this and not recommended unless you have unlimited. Keep in mind all carriers begin to slow data after 22GB of USE.
Would need to know what app(s) are crashing to be of more help.
For youtube, you may want to check your carrier... AT&T had a nice little setting that pretty much locked video to 480p from certain sites. They told me it shouldn't affect the phone, but it did.
The bad is I can't see youtube video on a small square (background) and check another apps and the same time. Any ideas?
