Hi, I'd like to ask about the battery of my new Razer Phone 2:
1) Is it normal that my phone is very warm (hot) when the battery being charged ?.
2) Is it normal that my phone was on standby (not using the phone), the battery went down from 66% to 0% in 24 hours.

Hey @vinai_sub. Your English is totally fine. By the way, please be aware that this is normal for the Razer Phone 2 to experience a rise in temperature when you are using various functions such as:

  • Playing Games (especially online games)
  • Watching Videos
  • Engaging in long calls
  • Charging the Phone

Also, take note that the longer the phone is used and the more apps that are running in the background, the more you may notice the rise in temperature.

In regards to your second inquiry about the phone battery level, are you leaving your 4G, WiFi or even Bluetooth turned on when you are leaving the phone on idle/standby? Also, after fully charging the phone, simultaneously press and hold the Power Button and the Volume Up button for 7-10 seconds and wait for the phone to restart. Please observe if the battery level is still draining fast.
