Razer phone 2 flashlight doesn't work correctly. Requires camera be set to video mode

I have just gotten a razer phone 2. I have no third party flashlight app installed.

The flashlight that comes with the Razer phone 2 does not work correctly (it only turns on under specific conditions)

Here is what happens: if I reboot the phone and use apps the flashlight works. However, If I open the camera to photo mode (not third party) the flashlight stops working. If I close out the camera app the flashlight still will not work.

To get the flashlight to work, I have to go back into the camera app, set it to video mode and then switch apps or I can close the camera app from video mode and then it works again.

Just letting the community and Razer know about this minor issue in case others encounter it and need a quick fix

If razer could look into why this happens, that'd be great.

Or if someone has a permanent fix let me know, otherwise this workaround is fine.
