Razer Phone 2 hardware issue

Was just on live chat with a gentleman about my Razer phone 2 that is brand new. Purchased Sept 7th off the razer website, arrived 13 Sept. He told me the warranty people will contact me within 24-48 hours but I wont receive a new phone for approximately 3 weeks. This is ridiculous.
