Geebus BUMP BUMP BUMP I can't believe it only $299?????????? Get on this people! I thought I had robbed the company when I snagged one at $349!! For $299 I'm almost tempted to buy a second one just as a backup $^%$# that's practically cheaper than having insurance on the phone!
even more with this deal: phone+case lol . I paid 42 bucks for this case alone to be delivered this firiday.

That was my thought... Also, i ordered mine at 6:30pst yesterday... and it's already out for delivery today! Also the 256GB microsd card that I ordered yesterday arrived as well... Seems like I'm going to have "fun" this week.

The sale is only in the US, not anywhere else. I live in Europe so I can't enjoy the $500 sale. :frown_:

also, there are 2 tiny nick in the frame, which drive me nuts, but are covered once the arctech case is in place

I got the case and it is a very good case. I can feel the quality when holding it.
If you do decide to get one.......good luck! Had nothing but one bug after the other. My current ongoing issue is the Fingerprint Scanner has stopped working. What's more the Fingerprint selection under the Security tab of the phone had disappeared!
Just one of 4 issues (no make that 5. Just discovered another one) I've contacted support about. Most are easily sorted using the old "switch off and on" method, however they can return (the camera issue for one)!
However as a phone, it works. And as a gaming platform within a phone, it's superb! I mean, let's be honest, that's what Razer excel at so it's to be expected. But don't expect it to be an easy ride reference other bells and whistles.
PS - my new issue is trying to get a photo to remain central on the lock screen! You go to wallpapers, select it, choose a picture, tick wallpaper, choose "lock screen" and it saves. Hurriedly you go to lock screen to see your work of art.......and all you've got is the left 3rd of the picture! I've tried playing with everything within the wallpaper section but to no avail. I've just given up (after half a night and 2 hours this morning)!

It does seem like a killer deal and deep down I really want to order it but it makes me wonder if there's a new on on the horizon?

Or you could rob Best Buy and snag it for $250 with the "activate today" option. That's what I did last Friday, and current eta for delivery is this coming Friday.

So, I had a ton of issues with mine, and all of them were because I was trying to recover from my old phone using either restore from cloud or via wifi with the old phone. SD card wasn't viewable on PC, I couldn't edit my APN, Sim card would work for text messaging but not calls or vise versa, showed my 256GB sd card as 512 (still does) and god knows what else.
Wiped so many times..... but what did work? Used diskpart on my sd card (to totally wipe it) and chose NOT to restore any data. Since I use MS Launcher, I was able to recover my layout from there. The hard part was reinstalling apps (MS launcher listed everything, but had to click each one to install) and text/call history (SMS Backup and restore to the rescue). It took almost a full day to get the phone to where I could use it fine.
Unrelated... surprised how the RP2 feels heavier than the RP1, screen is brighter, sounds louder and the led on the logo in the back. That and my OLD lumia fatboy qi charger can charge the RP2 face down!
