I have noticed I get bad lag using apps like Instagram, facebook, and lightroom saving pictures take a long time. I contacted support and they said it needs to be Class 10 SD cards, which I'd assume this Samsung EVO PLUS SD card is class 10. I just took out the SD card and currently testing without the SD card and no lag or delay yet, are and Razer Phone 2 users out here using a different SD card? let me know I would like to add more space without hindering ther peformance when using apps.

I have had the same issues with the RP1 we well. The lag even killed 2 SD cards in the process after 6 months usage
So the SD is a heavily performance decrease because the SD card is not even close to the same performance level as the Internal storage.

You'll need a 700mb reading MicroSD card. Which there is very few of.

You're MicroSD card probably has a capability of up to 100mb reading and 90mb writing.

Which is 1/7th of your phones Internal Storages reading and writing capabilities.

Go download AndroBench to test your SD. If you install it on your Internal it will test Internal, and visa versa with the SD.

You can in apps-> Storage change the location of your apps.

I hope this clarify some questions, i also had. And i have the same MicroSD card as you, but with 256 gb.
