Razer Phone 2 Storage issue

So on my Razer phone 2 I cant transfer any data i.e. pics , vids, docs from the internal storage to any other device. When I plug it into my computer it only reads the external SD card and when i take the SD card out my computer says it cant find any data when trying to look at the internal storage, I just get a error that it wont transfer when trying to move data from internal storage to the SD card I put in. No idea what to do and its odd that i cant just plug it into my computer to just drag and drop stuff from the internal storage.

Can you still open up the files from your phone's internal storage? Have you tried transferring data via wireless connection? For now, try to set your phone as a Mass Storage Device to transfer data from your phone. But if that didn't work, please PM me the serial number of your device. I can use that to check for other possible ways to sort this out. Let's continue from there.
