Razer Phone 2 USB-C port stopped working

My Razer Phone 2 has recently stopped charging through the USB-C connection. I have cleaned the port, tried multiple cables, and reset the phone multiple times, as well as bring it to a phone repair shop for them to look at. It still charges through the wireless charging. The phone is out of warranty, and the repair place I brought it to said they were unable to order the part. I am wondering if it is possible for this part to be fixed or some other replacement to happen.

That makes 3 of us, I would like an estimate on how much it would cost to send my phone in for a repair. The phone is definitely out of warranty at this point.
That makes me ANOTHER RP2 owner with same problem! I've also tried everything possible to get phone to charge... The female plug-in socket still has a positive "click" when plugging charge cable into it, I bought a high end Anker cable, to replace the original cable that came with phone when I bought it new, which did work for a while. But, after about a month or so, phone quit charging again! I then bought a 2pk of cables from Amazon,(sorry, don't have brand name handy as I'm writing this), which had an even better "CLICK" when plugged in, again- solved problem temporarily. These cables have a green light that comes on when the phone actually charges- plus, whenever charging stops, a notification tone sounds on phone when charging resumes. I'll plug cable into phone, & now notice the light on cable will go off/on, the tone will sound @ same time as light goes back on, PLUS, the charging icon that shows on phone's notification line @ top right of phone screen, also goes off/on, same as light on cable does & tone sounds! I set phone down, don't touch it, or the cable, nothing moves, yet light on cable is goes off & on continually, & all I hear is, "ding, ding, ding," endlessly! Makes me think it's not the female socket in phone, it's something further inside phone itself! Either wiring connection between socket & next component, or THAT component itself, or whatever is "upstream" from there! Maybe it's the battery itself, causing this non-stop connect/disconnect that's going on! The folks @ Razer HAVE to know what's causing this to occur! Tells me that they've totally dropped all interest in this device, & walked away from it, along with all of us who flocked to the company to purchase it, when it first was released! Abandoning the device, AND those who paid BIG BUCKS,(for that point in time), without making any service parts available, or tech assistance either, is totally irresponsible! I love this phone, I'm also disabled, with a set income, due to being 65 yrs old, & can't look @ this as a "disposable item", after only 2 years! Now, to replace this phone, with something compatible, it'll cost me upwards of $1,100 to $1,300, or more! It's impossible for me to do! Razer- you need to TELL US what's happened, & why, then make the necessary parts available to be purchased, so these phones can be repaired, without us being forced to send them in, just to be told the phone's not repairable! It's bad enough that you've kicked the mobile phone segment of your business to the curb, but you're doing the same to the people who spent their hard earned money on this phone, which when it first was available, was possibly the BEST SMARTPHONE MADE!! Get a clue!
