Hi all,

Just wanted to vent/seek some advice with the Razer phone. I've had this absolute beast for around 18 months now on a UK based 24 month contract with 3. Firstly I want to clarify that I adore this phone, it packs one hell of a punch when it works...

I am currently on my 4th handset (refurbished handsets, not new) due to multiple RMAs due to the following issues:

1 - Touch Screen deadzones

2 - Touch Screen ghost touching

3 - Complete vertical screen tearing

I am now having ANOTHER issue with the handset. The phone is near impossible to charge unless you wrap a USB-C cable around your house multiple times and jimmy it in crazy positions - An operation that can sometimes take an hour in itself.

RMA sounds great and all, however Razer uses Fedex for the RMA. I have no Fedex depot near me so even though Razer pay for shipping I still have to pay handling charges to a 3rd party business prior to the shipping. Whilst it doesn't cost much it's still mounting up.

My contract runs out in 6 months and so one option I have is to pay out early (£220ish). Another I have is to RMA AGAIN. Yet another option is to have the handset repaired professionally. Final option is to sack the handset off entirely and spend £100+ for a cheap replacement until upgrade season.

Any recommendations? I'm rapidly losing my temper with Razer here
