Hi All,
My phone is stock (not messed with) and has been fine until tonight. I put in on charge with the stock charger and cable, and i looked own an hour later and it was off. Now it wont switch on. Is there anything i can do to get it back on? Im puzzled. The phone is pristine and nearly new.

Mine just did the same thing.
I put it on charge, set an alarm
woke up before the alarm went off. tried to dismiss it. phone froze so I held power button down and now been stuck at the animated boot screen.
also running stock.

Try holding the power button and the volume up at the same time. May be the volume up I'm not sure try both.

Same issue but was updating and installing some apps. Been stuck on the animated boot screen for over 2 hours now. Send Help!

Same thing happened to me while I was using Facebook app. My phone still stock and I never install via apk.

There is nothing wrong with installing via apk assuming you download it from a reliable source. In my case I never install via apk because all the apps I need can be downloaded from play store.

My phone didnthe same thing when i opened 2 cameras ( dumb idea) i thought it got bricked , try this
Remove your case if you have one
Press power, volume + and volume - at the same time until you see light on the screen(5 to 15 secs)

thank you! it worked for me! unfortunately it just loads the "loading..." screen and turns back off..
what did razer support do to help all who are experiencing problems with this new phone product ???

i get the troubleshooting part of helping the end user and razer folk - but why should they need to do this when these purchases seem to be much less than a year and phones do not blink out like this ????

This actually worked very well. My phone turned on right away after a couple of seconds.
This worked for me as well.. Yesterday my screen turned off then wouldn't come alive again.. Vol + and power got me back up and running in a couple seconds

This is the fix, for me at least. I halfway freaked when I couldn't power on, or get a reboot from power & vol +/- alone...all 3 got me back to functional

try to completely empty the battery when it's empty the red light should turn off then plais your phone at change for 1 or 2 hours with out removing from charge and try to turn it on . this should work if you didn't change your boot animetion or something like that

I found that it switches on if you disconnect the charger. Hope that helps!!!

Holding the Power and the Volume+ worked. Do we still not know what causes this issue? Can someone at Razer give us some information on when this will be fixed?

I've got 2 of these .and only 1 of them is getting this random crashing and then not turning back on without having to press vol up and power .
It was just on charging and when it was checked it was "dead" and the notification light was a solid yellow.

My phone died earlier today and whenever I plug it into any USB-C cords it starts up the rebooting process but then proceeds to show a full white battery and then goes back to a black screen. If i unplug it it just shows the full battery and then shuts off. My phone is around 10 months old with a couple drops but nothing too big. I've tried the volume up trick but still no luck.

I did a factory reset at the end, you just have to have the USB plugged to a computer (charging as far as I remember) and press volume up and power to wake the phone in the "weird developer mode" and then just reset.
