Ok, now that that's out of the way, here it is: RazerBookPro.jpg
Razer has teamed up with Apple, and now all future MacBook Pros will be able to run Synapse flawlessly and be able to make full use of the Razer Chroma Configurator . . . and they come with the famous Razer super-thin mechanical keys.

I would take a Razer designed phone myself, like it doesn't even need chroma.
Picture the same design style as the Blade line meets Microsoft Surface, sweet hardware specs, top of the line camera and a non-bloated version of Android.

Something like this might be in the works, but I'm thinking the acquisition was more about the Robin cloud technology and infrastructure.

I've been keeping an eye on Nextbit since they started the kickstarter, I've used the the Robin before and it's a nice bit of kit
We'll have to see how it all comes together over time, Nextbit and Razer on social media have been showing each other a lot of love.

"fake Razer products that will never exist"
Hmmm... Good system's support for RMA seems like one of them.

That might fall into the category that immediately follows the text you quoted:

I had to RMA a new Blade that came with a bad pixel and the experience wasn't horrible, it definitely could have been better, but the whole thing only took maybe a week.

Well then you got lucky, I'm on my third RMA right now for the exact same issues I've had since day 1 on my 970m blade 2016 (coil noise on idle, fan noise on idle, touchpad is raised from the frame, right click sounds super loud and is hard to click, keyboard keys stops working randomly while being held down, can't wake up laptop from sleep, etc.).

I asked for a replacement with the newer model and they said they will not do it so I'm just stuck in RMA limbo where it is just ping ponged from my house to the repair center. I was given two options:
    1. Send it in for repair
    2. Get someone else's banged up RMA'd refurbished unit that could have even more defects

"That might fall into the category that immediately follows the text you quoted"
No, because I genuinely believe that Razer will never have good systems support. They go back on their own word within the same email trails (I can provide evidence, I was told I would get a replacement but then they said I won't), take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks to repair once they receive it, and don't even have a direct contact line for the person fixing the laptop (all communication is via email).

I know that Razer Insider is not a support forum, and that isn't my intent for this post. I just expect actual support when I buy a $2200 USD laptop with an extended 2 year warranty. I regret not purchasing from the Microsoft store, they actually CARE about their customers.

I'd really want a Razer Ricecooker Chroma. Since I'm living in a dorm, a rice cooker to put all my food inside along with rice in the morning, and returning to the dorm in the afternoon to be greeted with a great meal would be nice.

Of course my dream is impossible since Razer's Toaster was a joke. Anyways I remembered Razer bought over the company NextBit, and NextBit's product is a phone named the Robin, where its OS is integrated with the cloud. I suspect Razer's upcoming release would be a smartphone with integrated Chroma lighting.

Chroma graphics card would be nice. It could also have a color mode based on the temp of the GPU.
