Razer PWM PC Fan Controller - issue with installation

Hey there,
I hope that someone here can help me with my issue. I have brand new Razer PWM PC Fan Controller and my Synapse don't see it as device. I went through all support on website, I have checked all my wires/cables twice (to be exact 15 times or something like that), but still Synapse have only mouse and keyboard. I have downloaded all updates to Synapse and all Razer software.

I have downloaded PWM PC Fan Controller firmware updater (later F.U.), but I have some problems with it too. Basically, my fans are working, but when I start F.U. they slow down, and F.U. gives me info to plug in my PWM controller (controller is pluged in). When I unplug an plug controller again, F.U. says that my controller needs to be updated from v1.00.01 to v1.01.00 (during this my fans are working on full speed). When I click on "Update" button fans are slowing down for about 2 sec, and the are coming back to full speed, and in F.U. I can see process bar with process info.

And now my problems are starts getting annoying. I hoped, that even if Synapse is not detecting my PWM Controller at hoc, then Razer support firmware will help me. Unfortunately... After about 2/3 minutes I get pop up window wit information to reconnect my controller. Process is still stuck on 0% with info "Entering bootloader. Please wait...".

Guys, I have tried everything. Every possible configuration of what to do...
Reconnect controller when window pops up.
Don't reconnect and wait.
Just wait.
Reset PC.
Turn off all Razer software.
Reset PC. Run as administrator.
Unplug from motherboard.
Plug to another USB header.
Connect with USB cable.
Again reconnect everything.
Try to run without fans pluged-in

Nothing... My Synapse still don't recognize PWM Controller. My F.U. still stuck on 0% as entering bootloader, and every try of using F.U. ends with info about reconnecting.

My Windows (I am operating on Win11) Device Menager recognize PWM Controller as other device and unrecognized device.

I hope that someone here can help me with my problem. I have got this controller as gift and it is very frustrating for me. I am looking forward to some hearings from you guys and if any additional info needed, I will ad it here.

Did you ever find a solution to this? My synapse/windows device manager do not recognize either the PWM fan controller or Hasbo AIO fans
