Razer Raiju Mobile bluetooth connection off by itself

It doesn't matter bt1 and bt2, after a certain time the connection is broken and the blue light is constantly on.I tried with mobile application, same result.I did a hard reset by pressing the small hole but it didn't work.Connection drops every 3-4 minutes.Any solution? Thank you

Does the issue also happen while connecting the Razer Raiju Mobile to your phone via USB (USB Type-C to USB Type-C cable)? Please clear your Android phone's Bluetooth cache or try pairing the controller to another phone and check if the behavior persists. I’ll be locking this thread now.
