RAZER RAIJU PS4 wont work correct.

Hi everybody!
i am having trouble with my RAZER RAIJU, it seems like i cant remap any btns at all.
when I go in to game warzone ( COD ) I open a custom game to try out the controller it seems something is wrong the L2 and R2 wont work, I cant zoom in, just hipfire, trying to hold the remap btn and it doesn't vibrate. so can switch anything around.

when I hit the switch the profile btn , the L2 btn get "stuck" in zoom and I cant get out of it, until I press options and then go back to the game. and then there is only hipfire again :S

is there somehow to reset the controller? what do you guys think the problem is? my warranty at razor is invalid now :S
