Razer Raiju TE static noise

My razer Raiju tournament edition makes my headphones make a weird static/white noise when they are plugged into it. It is not my PS4 that has the problems since it happens when the controller is connected to my PC too. I have updated all of the software and it still has not been fixed. I use the Razer Kraken X Lite when it comes to headphones but they do not seem to have the problem is they do not make the static/white noise when they are plugged into any other device. My Razer Raiju has not been damaged or modified with as I just got it 2 days ago and it was brand new.
