I have been forwarded by @Dekades to create a forum thread regarding the Razer Raiju Ultimate and its firmware. So could someone get back to me in response to this thread thanks ! I’m sure most have been aware of the community backlash to this product. With personal use of it, not working as intended - and nothing being done. The frustration as a long term customer of razer products; and lack of customer support is unacceptable. This should have been dealt with before release, or at least now respond to the community with updates on what’s happening in terms of the controller and it’s firmware. Awaiting a response, hopefully to put an end to this long awaited issue and many others dealing with a £200 joke where the customers are having to dig for answers themselves.
