I have posted regarding my Razer Raiju Ultimate for months now conferring with @dekades @Razer.Winteryang and @Razer.RedPanda whilst being one of the first to also try and test firmware updates such as 1.02 - and providing feedback regarding the firmware. Being patient here is an understatement; as I have awaited an update to fix the solution since and nothing seems to have been done.

I would like to yet again seek further support regarding this in terms of attaining a new batch of hardware and or assistance of what I am able to do now in relation to my Raiju Ultimate. The device has been unusable for months and I know that I aswell as many others still await a response to the matter via support or at least an update on what’s been put into place over the past few months where this should have been dealt with.

Support regarding a £200 piece of hardware let alone a controller should not be this difficult. I hope someone is able to get back to me ASAP, considering I was amongst the first to attain this controller and also to contact support leading others within the community to a possible solution. I just want to be able to utilise my £200 spent on a correctly functioning controller. Thanks.

I would also like someone to help me RMA my controller as well. And can we get some feedback about the v1.04 firmware for the controller? Why isnt Razer officially giving it to everyone? And can a mod actually get the new firmware and give it to us?

😃 well to be honest I like the controller itself, I like the feel of it and the shape of it.. I just wish it would work...

well with the new firmware v1.04 supposedly its flawless now. Lets hope we get it. But again. RMA ur controller. When a mod helps u just post here that u also want to make a ticket to RMA your controller.

I contacted the razer live chat support, i heard it from 7nightwing7 and actually googled it, it has a senction about console peripherals, u just press there and a window appears and a support agent helps u with ur case. I send mine to the reseller here in Greece, im thinking they wont RMA it cuz these things happen here at times, so i described the situation, they told me that i could tell them Razer deems the product defective and would like them to RMA it but in case they dont i could use the log case number they gave me and they will RMA it instead. Really wonderful experience, a lady helped me and she was very polite and helpful. So i advise you do the same
