Just wanted to add, despite my rather negative outlook with the beta 1.02 firmware: Yes, it got more responsive. I think. Well this is always a bit subjective, isn't it? ^^ I'm pretty sure I didn't have the (severe) BT lag issue before, though I have to admit the original DS4 felt a little bit faster.

TL;DR: 1.02 beta firmware makes my Raiju Ultimate feel even more responsive, on the same level as an original DS4. So that's good. :)

The support gave me the link to upgrade the firmware to 1.02. My tournament edition has a noticeable input lag on 1.02 version via wired. Not playable in call of duty 4. Via Bluetooth there is still slightly input lag. I hope they fix this.

  5. Do not give hope on Razer technical support after I realized that they do not have clue what is going wrong with their Raiju TE and Ultimate. I believe they did not test the product properly (even not saying throughly) before launching to the market. I brought TE from their official physical store in Hong Kong, the sales told me they noticed their are flaws in this product but will be fixed in a short period of time, but I can tell this was two months ago. Selling a flaw product and push all responsibility to consumer by telling you the “truth” so it is your choice to buy such flaws product, isn’t that not a responsible enterprise will do?

for two days testing new beta1.02 programming, wireless works better, right analog continues to jump, right,
and the left analog goes slightly to the right.
wired controller after a while playing, begins to go crazy, strange I do not know what to call it
