razer raiju ultimate usb mode not working

hi, i had my razer raiju controller for like 3 years and now idk why i think i installed for error the wrong driver and now the controller in usb mode is not working but bluethoot yes, in device manager i got the error 43 everytime i plug in my controller usb please someone help me and sorry for my english thank u everyone

Try to reinstall the driver and use a different USB port or connect the controller directly to the USB port if you're using a USB hub. It's also best if you can test it on a different PC for further isolation. Otherwise, it's a hardware problem. hi, thank you for your replay
i tried reinstalling the driver for the device manager and also from the razer folder but nothing
the controller plugged in the computer seems to charge and bluethoot work but in usb it says driver error i even formatted my pc idk what to do anymore

Method 1: Use Device Manager to scan for hardware changes
Click Start, and then click Run.
Type devmgmt.
In Device Manager, click your computer so that it is highlighted.
Click Action, and then click Scan for hardware changes.
Check the USB device to see whether it is working.
