Hi guys,

Basically I’m now on my second Razer Raiju Ultimate controller, first one broke out of warranty and I loved it so much I bought another.

The problem I now face is that the rubber on my thumb sticks has peeled to an unplayable state (this includes the replacement ones from the box) and seeing as my warranty is up I’m looking to buy some replacements.

Issue is they don’t seem to exist on the razer store anymore? I’ve looked everywhere but no luck.

I find it hard to believe that I am now stuck with no option but to buy yet another full priced controller considering these sticks are interchangeable and used to be listed on the razer website for purchase.

Please help if you have an idea what I can do :(

Please PM me the serial number and share a copy of your receipt so I can validate its model and check its warranty status. I will raise your concern to the relevant team so we can also check our options in providing you with a replacement.
