Post remade from 0 So, it's been a week since I had the Raion and my experience with it had changed dramatically each day. First off, I want to say that this pad and the Raiju Ultimate are both great pads with different benefits and they are both completely valid for fighting games. This controller got excelent buttons, they are lighting fast to activate (all of them, no exceptions) and that's a really good thing. About the Dpad, it requires ALOT of muscle memory, like, no joke, a TON muscle memory to get used to, but once you get the hang on it, it becomes a great Dpad. The good thing about this Dpad is his speed, it's really soft (even more than DS4 Pad) it's really easy to move with it even if your hands are cold. Being a mechanical pad has a great benefit, which is durability (and that's a great thing). Now, If this pad had M1 and M2 buttons near shoulder buttons like the Raiju this would have been a legendary fightpad (hope we see an evolution of the raion with these kind of features in the future). Compared to the Dpad of the Raiju Ultimate (8way pad module), this dpad has less input accuracy...which may be a muscle memory thing, but the speed it what gives this pad an edge over the Raiju (the raiju dpad is kind of hard to press sometimes). Perhaps a Dpad combining the accuracy of the raiju and the softness and size of the raion would have been the ultimate combination, but still, I'm happy with this pad!
