    Razer Refusal to Repair Broken HuntsmanMini (Out of Box) - Tells me to subscribe to newsletter instead.

    I've been a customer since the boomslang and they outright blame me for a keyboard shipped with a broken switch stem.

    It took them 1 week of getting passed around different customer service teams before getting the response
