Hi Guys,

So I received my replacement laptop finally after months of struggle and waiting.

I received a laptop that does not work properly.


  • It needs 3-4 takes to start. (black screens, only the RGB light up but nothing happens)



  • the charger broke already, i rely now on using an old charger which was made for a 1060 model. (i have the 2070 now)
  • it is super slow on every day tasks (not how a 2070 model should be)


I didnt notice the starting issues right away as i thought i was not clicking it properly but it seems to be the laptop as other people have tried to start it as well and it didnt work.

I would thereby stress again that I hope to get this laptop fixed or replaced and the charger replaced as i cannot use it.

I would love to get feedback on this.
