  1. Hi There
hoping someone could help me out.

Objective: Record commentary and party chat on the Xbox one.

    1) Astro A40 headset
    2) Xbox One
    3) Razer Ripsaw
    4) PC
** I also have a xbox one keyboard and mic input

Configuration: PC > Capture Card> Xbox One > TV monitor

So I want to be able to have sound through my headset and also talk and record party chat onto my recording using the razer ripsaw. It says on the box you can record party chat for Xbox so how is this done?

I've tried 4 pole splitter and plugging it directly into the ripsaw on the front but I dont really know what I am doing. HELP :/

Hi @BINKIE61 thanks for writing in - could you try the following steps for me? Hope this helps.

    · Connect the A40 to the headphone input of the Mixamp

    · Connect the Mixamp to Xbox One

    · Connect the Xbox Controller to the Controller input on the Mixamp

    o Use a 3.5mm to 2.5 adaptor - http://www.amazon.com/PlayStation-X...&ie=UTF8&qid=1447869771&sr=8-5&keywords=astro

o Use the Xbox Live Controller cable for Astro -https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ZLYZOA6/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_o86swbFWWKS8H

    · Connect the Xbox to the HDMI input of the Ripsaw

    · Connect Ripsaw to PC via USB3.0

    · Make sure that Setting is change to HDMI+AUX on OBS.

If you can get this problem sorted out....how is the ripsaw on xbox? I play mainly on my xbox one since thats where most of my friends are at, and was thinking of getting a ripsaw. How does it perform? in your opinion, was it worth the purchase? any info from a user would be helpful. Thanks! :)

Yeah, I would love to learn more about how the device works! Does it just send the videos taken through the Ripsaw to a PC folder, or to your screenshots and recordings library on the xbox app!
