Razer Ripsaw freezing after update BIOS.

I had Ripsaw over a year ago (the warranty was already over) and I have the PC with the ASUS P8H67-M LE motherboard, so I recently updated the BIOS (before it was version 1406 and now there's version 1701) to keep her updated. With the updated BIOS, it has improved a lot, mainly the performance, besides the temperature of the CPU that diminished ... there was a wonder, only that since then, a new problem arises: the capture card Ripsaw is catching after few seconds, no matter what version of OBS or StreamLabs or Xsplit, because the result is the same, even though the software Synapse is properly updated.
Before the BIOS update, Ripsaw worked perfectly and streamed smoothly. After the update, my joy is gone ... and my hobby has been stopped ever since.
Initially, I thought the USB 3.0 ports were not giving more, so I bought a PCI USB 3.1 (Gen. 2) controller card, from there I went to do the test with the hope of returning to my activity, but the result remained the same. Result: updating the BIOS has complicated me. And you can not downgrade on this motherboard. I already formatted my PC twice, the same problem continues

And I can not do another upgrade on my PC, because I have not got conditions yet, since I've added money for several months to be able to buy Ripsaw. Other than that this PC that is well assembled, clean and organized (with all drivers and Windows 10 upgraded) is a great hand in the wheel for my necessary tasks like video editing and 2D / 3D gear assembling. That's why I will not change my PC, it will be a long time coming. The only drawback is Ripsaw after updating the BIOS.

So what I did was contact Razer support via online chat ... there we did all the possible ways and the support could not solve my problem, but I do not have any more guarantee (but I do not think the warranty will solve, because I tested Ripsaw on another machine from my friend and it works perfectly) ... and I really wanted Razer to do a future update of Synapse/Ripsaw to eliminate the freezes/crashes.

Detail: I had Elgato HD (first model), it was my joy, but I sold it 2 years ago for a reason: it was not 1080p / 60fps. That's why I bought Ripsaw. So I do not know what I'm doing with this anymore ...
Help me!!!!
