Razer Ripsaw HD

Hello, I am in need of assistance.

Yesterday my old Vizo tv broke, so I went and purchased a new Samsung TV, both bosting the same sort of specs. 43 inches, smart tvs. So on.

When I hooked up my TV with my Ps4Pro, it gets 2160p, however, as soon as I hook the ripsaw up.. Unlike my previous tv, it suddenly drops to 1080p and looks very grainy and pixelated. I purchased brand new HDMIs to ensure that wasn't the issue, the HDMI are meant for 4k so everything should be fine there.

I have no idea how to fix this. I tried reaching out for support but the support for this product is no longer free or something. Any help would be awesome.

TLDR; TV works fine. Plug in Ripsaw HD and passthrough drops to 1080p or worse, super pixelated.

I have reached out to the support team for my TV and because the TV works fine and provides the correct resolution when the capture card isn't plugged in, they told me I need to contact Razer support.

Still very confused about how to get this working right.
So, I plugged my broken tv up and when I plug in the capture card for that tv, it allows me to get 2160p - YUV420, when I plug in the new tv with the capture card, it only gets 1080p.

Removing the capture card my new tv gets 2160p - RGB, so I don't understand what's causing the issue.
I gave up, got an HDMI splitter and that fixes my issues.
