Razer Ripsaw stuttering on PC programs, fine in output to monitor.
Was working fine until recently. When I connect my ripsaw to my PC and view the source in a program like XSplit or OBS there's a consistent stuttering of the video and audio from whatever I have connected through hdmi in the capture card. I've tried updating my computer, razer synapse, tried different USB 3.0 ports and cables and I have lying around the house (ordered a new one just in case), updating both XSplit and OBS but its an unusable feed to my computer. The passthrough works fine and the video looks normal on any monitor or TV so it has to be some kind of firmware or PC Problem I cannot figure out.
