Hello.
So I created this post in hopes to get some feedback from Razer representatives, as right now I am in RMA process with my Huntsman Elite keyboard - and problem is that EU warranty department basically ignores me. I have sent them several messages asking about when they will ship me new keyboard and if they can ship me keyboard with US layout and red linear switches. But its been more than a week - and no messages from them. I contacted chat support - they said they have sent them messages - but no reply!
