RAZER RZ09-01952 - ISSUE

I own a RAZER RZ09-01952 and the screws on the case came undone. Looks like the heat coming from the graphics card melted and deformed the case. Now the laptop looks like it's open (holding together by 1 screw) and the mouse is cracked and not functioning correctly (have to use an external one.) Can you guys send me some screws? Also, what model mouse do I need to replace it? P.S. I'd be happy to send pictures as this should not happen to a quality laptop. It's important to note that I never dropped it nor over used it (I don't play games on it.) Please, advise.
