Razer Seiren Elite not connecting to new PC

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me with this problem.

Last month I got the Razer Seiren Elite Single Dynamic Capsule USB Microphone and have been using it for gaming, streaming, and recording with no problems. I updated my PC this week and the microphone is now having many problems:

- it disconnects from the pc anytime I move it (it is mounted on the same stand as before)
- it has never been recognized by Razer Synapse
- Multiple times a day my PC will randomly give me a notification saying "Device is not recognized"
- the mute button turns red but does not actually stop input

I have tried right clicking on the device in Device Manager and searching for drivers, but it says that I have the most up to date driver. Is it just that I need a new cord? After one month of use?

Thanks!

Have you tried broadcasting/streaming software? Please conned the device to a different computer and check if the behavior continues. If it does, please send me the serial number of your Razer Seiren Elite via PM. I'll pick it up from there.
