Razer Seiren Elite to pick up audio

  1. My microphone works for a certain time and stops, its leds continue to light up and it is working but every time I have to disconnect it and connect it again so that my friends in my call listen to me again.
    I do not know what's happening, I think it's something in my drivers or in my pc.
    I tried everything I could but could not solve.
  2. I already tried to contact support but they did not give me any more answers

    What recording software are you using for the microphone? Since the device still has light indicators, it means that it is still working. Have you tried to contact the software provider as well?

    My answer:
    I'm trying to use the microphone to speak via discord and team speak 3, I do not use any software. The lights on it still light up, it means it's working but I did not find a solution to my problem. I do not have the provider's contact anymore.
