Razer Shaker Rubber Ring Missing

I purchased the Respawn Shaker last week and it showed up yesterday. When I tried it out for the first time, it leaked constantly. I just thought the lid wasn't screwed on tight enough. This morning, i made another drink and it began to leak again. I tightened the lid but it still leaked. I noticed that the lid was missing the rubber ring. I am guessing it was shipped like that since the package was still sealed when arriving to my house. What is the best way to get a replacement ring/lid so the shaker functions properly?
