Razer Sila Remote Access

Hi, I purchased the Razer Sila router used and was concerned about it still being able to be accessed remotely by the previous owner as once it’s set up you can access it over LTE via the Razer iOS app. Are these units tied/ registered to the previous owner in any type of way? Will a simple factory reset and new setup via the iOS app on my phone resolve this?
